Delivery Method

Once your order is placed, it must be validated by our order management service. This process will take less than 48 hours. Once this step is completed, you will receive an order validation email with a tracking number attached.

You will be able to find our order tracking page in order to know which transport service will be taken care of and where your order is on Order Tracking.

The delivery time will take 8 to 18 days (excluding Sundays and holidays). Due to the current complications with COVID-19, these delivery times can reach 20 to 30 business days.

As a reminder, the carriers delivering your orders are external to the company, we have no control over their delivery time or the quality of their work.

Return policy

From the date of receipt of your parcel, you have 10 days to notify us of any anomaly or 14 days to request an exchange for a new item. Certain circumstances are mandatory to allow legitimate reshipment or reimbursement.

- In the event of receipt of damaged parcels or damaged items, you have the right to withdraw your order and request an exchange for a similar or other item, or to request a refund by completing the form in our General Terms and Conditions in Appendix 2.

- Returns are not yet accepted in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions...) allowing them to be remarketed as new, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

- A delivery from the carrier returned to our services in the event of absence at home or failure to collect at the relay point. This will result in the return of a new item or the refund of your order, depending on your choice.

For all these conditions, please contact us by email at, with the image proofs and an explanation of your problem.

If one or more of these conditions are met, we will verify the compliance of your request and apply the refund process to your order.

The refund will be made to your original method of payment. The processing time can take from 7 to 14 days and will be visible on your bank account.
