What are the shipping times?
We take 48 hours to process and ship your order. The delivery time is 8 to 15 days (excluding Sundays and holidays) for France. Due to the current complications caused by COVID-19, these delivery times can reach 20 to 30 working days for United States as well as for the rest of the world. Shipping companies are affected by this situation!

Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at email@example.com
just in case there is a problem with your order. Please check your spam or junk mail folder in your mailbox before contacting us if the order confirmation has been hijacked.
How can I track my package?
You will receive a tracking number following your order. You can then go to the Order Tracking page to view the progress of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
There is only a short period of time between the time you place your order and the time we begin processing. If you contact us immediately after ordering, via firstname.lastname@example.org
, we may be able to cancel your order before it is processed. Otherwise, we will ship your order and you will be able to cancel once the order is received at your home. You will then have to fill in the withdrawal form that you will find in Annex 2 of our General Terms of Sale.
Can I return or exchange an item?
You can return your item to us, within 14 days of receipt, provided it is intact, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. We also grant exchanges, we have the possibility to send you the similar article or another one of your taste only in case of anomaly on the received parcel reported within 10 days or a delivery not made by the carrier, all this without any additional cost. I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?
We are sorry to hear that. You need to send us proof within 10 days of delivery, simply send us a picture of the damaged item in question to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org
and we will send you a similar replacement item as quickly as possible. No return necessary on a damaged item, you will have the possibility to ask us for a full refund by filling in the withdrawal form that you will find in Annex 2 of our General Terms of Sale.
How can I return an item?
Please contact our customer service via email@example.com. If the return is made within the 14 day cancellation period and meets our return criteria. All returns will be at your expense, you must arrange and pay for proper packaging when returning an item.
What is the time frame for a refund?
We aim to process refunds within three days of returning an item. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. That said, please allow up to ten business days after returning the item to us before contacting us about your refund. We will contact you via email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
What are the payment methods?
Payments by bank card are handled with our partner STRIPE, an organization approved by the French Prudential Control Authority (approval n°16378) and member of the GIE carte bancaire. Thus, we accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. We only accept payment once your order has been shipped. We now accept payment by PayPal!
