If you don't see your order confirmation in your inbox, first check your spam folder. If you can't find it, contact us so that we can send it back to you, specifying your Last Name, First Name and Order Number.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns from the USA. We will evaluate your request by email and offer you an exchange or a partial or full refund.
